How do i install MonServer?

The MonServer Addon works for Fabric, Paper and Spigot alongside the following things:

Paper, Spigot, Folia (being experimental) and Purpur for all 1.21.x versions, no requirements at all, but PlaceholderAPI can be useful for displaying Placeholders to your players' status, this can also be useful with ViaVersion as it allows no matter what the server software is, for example a server with 1.21.1 and the client with the mod for 1.21.6 because it simply... just works This also works if the client has ViaFabricPlus

Fabric for versions 1.21.5 up to 1.21.10 and having Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin installed to your server's mods folder

Simply install it from the Modrinth page and drag it to your plugins/mods folder, reboot it and done, your next step is to go to Configuring MonServer
