This means that the server you are on uses MonServer which is an addon that allows server admins to reflect what it should be on the status for players when on the server, Some settings were updated to your status to reflect the server ones
If you visit the server too often or not want to see these reminders for every server having MonServer, click on "Disable Server reminders" text or set disableServerReminder to true in the mod's config to disable the reminders, you can disable the message as well if multiplayerShowIp and multiplayerShowName are both set to false or that privacyMode is set to true
